Refund policy

We want you to love your Smart Posture Corrector Brace. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at the email listed on our Contact page with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
